Job Description

As a Marketing & Sales Officer , you'll play an important role in promoting Galaxy Technology's products and services, developing customer relationships, and supporting the company's sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include

🚀 Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers

📢 Promote Galaxy Technology's IT products, services, and solutions through online and offline channels

🤝 Identify potential customers and build strong, long-term business relationships

📞 Contact potential and existing customers to introduce products and services

🏢 Visit businesses, NGOs, educational institutions, and other potential clients to present solutions

💼 Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and sales proposals

🛒 Promote and sell IT products including laptops, computers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, and related solutions 🌐 Promote web development, software development, hosting, networking, CCTV, and other technology services 📱 Manage and promote products and services through social media and digital marketing channels

📊 Follow up with customers, leads, quotations, and sales opportunities

📝 Prepare quotations, sales reports, marketing reports, and customer records

💡 Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or technology solutions

🎯 Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets

🔍 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands

📦 Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services

🧾 Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, and follow-ups

👥 Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, meetings, and other marketing activities ⚡ Continuously improve marketing and sales approaches based on customer feedback and market conditions

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

✔ 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related position

✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-service skills

✔ Ability to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities

✔ Ability to confidently present products and services to customers

✔ Basic understanding of IT products and technology services is highly desirable

✔ Basic knowledge of computer applications, including

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft PowerPoint

Email and Internet

Basic file and document management

✔ Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing

✔ Ability to prepare basic sales reports, quotations, and marketing documents

✔ Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Target-oriented, proactive, motivated, and willing to learn

✔ Good organizational and time-management skills

✔ Fluency in Persian/Pashto and English is preferred

✔ Experience in selling IT products, networking equipment, CCTV systems, software, or technology services is an advantage ✔ Candidates with strong sales and communication skills who are eager to learn about technology are also encouraged to apply
