Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Social Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. Proven knowledge of recruitment, personnel management, performance appraisal, employment contracts, and disciplinary procedures. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and team-management skills. Fluency in Dari and Pashto is required. Strong proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
