As our company continues to expand its real estate and construction projects, we are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our branding, marketing, digital media, project presentations, and corporate communications.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for Attaie Properties and its projects across print and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual communication, branding, typography, layout, and digital media, with the ability to transform marketing objectives and business requirements into professional and engaging visual materials.
The candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software and have a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, consistency, and attention to detail.
Develop creative graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual materials for print and digital media.
Create visually compelling materials for real estate and construction projects.
Develop presentation materials for property launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Demonstrated professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience in real estate or construction-related visual communication will be considered a strong advantage.
Samples of relevant graphic design, branding, social media, advertising, or real estate-related work
Portfolio is an essential part of the application. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.
