Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Food Processing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate food manufacturing and production processes.
  • Provide technical guidance on dairy processing and ice cream manufacturing.
  • Develop and improve production methods and procedures.
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor HACCP and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Identify technical problems in production processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Optimize production efficiency and minimize material waste.
  • Evaluate production equipment and recommend technical improvements.
  • Support product development, formulation, and improvement.
  • Monitor production parameters, including temperature, processing time, mixing, pasteurization, and storage conditions.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance departments.
  • Conduct technical training for production employees.
  • Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
