شما افزون بر شایستگی‌های اساسی لازم برای کارهای سنتی بشردوستانه و توسعه‌ای، از آگاهی و تعهد فعال نسبت به اقلیم و محیط زیست برخوردار هستید و می‌توانید با چالش‌هایی روبه‌رو شوید که هنگام هم‌زمانی رنج انسانی و آسیب‌های محیط‌زیستی پدید می‌آیند. شما ذهنیت کارآفرینانه دارید: فرصت‌ها را تشخیص می‌دهید، میان موضوعات ارتباط برقرار می‌کنید، روش کار خود را با محیط‌های گوناگون سازگار می‌سازید و برای دستیابی به نتیجه، خطرهای سنجیده می‌پذیرید. شما میان اصول و عمل‌گرایی، و میان بلندپروازی و فروتنی توازن برقرار می‌کنید.

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های مورد انتظار

• تحصیلات در سطح ماستری در رشتۀ مرتبط، مانند روابط بین‌الملل، توسعه یا علوم سیاسی.
• تجربۀ قبلی در عرصۀ بشردوستانه، تدوین پیشنهادهای پروژه، مدیریت کمک‌های مالی و روابط با تمویل‌کنندگان الزامی است.
• آگاهی از نظام کمک‌های بشردوستانه و توانایی درک سیستم‌های تمویل‌کنندگان.
• مهارت نمایندگی و ارتباط با طرف‌های بیرونی.
• توانایی هماهنگی و مدیریت یک تیم.
• مهارت کار گروهی، تیم‌سازی و ظرفیت‌سازی.
• توانایی کار مستقلانه و خلاقانه در محیط چندفرهنگی.
• مهارت‌های قوی ارتباط شفاهی و کتبی و تحلیل.
• توانایی کار مؤثر زیر فشار.
• تجربۀ قبلی کار در ساحه الزامی است.

You will be in charge of

The Project Development Manager (PDM) positions Acted with donors and leads the development of project proposals in line with Acted’s global and in-country programme strategy, and ensures proper grant management. The PDM ensures smooth internal communication and coordination with relevant departments, and contributes to Acted external communication strategy.

This position is classified as an international staff position under Acted’s recruitment framework. Eligibility for an international contract is therefore required.

Conditions

Salary between 3300 and 3500€ monthly (before income tax), depending on the level of education, security level, etc as well as a monthly living allowance of $300

Accommodation and food provided in Acted guesthouse

Pension, health insurance, life insurance and repatriation assistance (& unemployment insurance for EU citizens)

Flight tickets every 6 months & visa fees covered

Contribution to the luggage transportation: up to 100 kgs, depending on the length of the contract

R&R every 3 months, flight tickets covered up to $500 and allowance of $200

Annual leave of 25 to 43 days per year

One week pre-departure training in Acted HQ, including a 4-days in situ security training
