Study pathway and official sources

A recognized educational institution applies to the IND for the student residence permit. If an MVV is required, residents of Afghanistan must collect it at the mission named in the IND decision, outside Afghanistan.

This is a research starting point. Acceptance of a specific Afghan applicant and access to a consulate have not been confirmed. Verify both directly before making commitments.
