Foundations: Building trust within the cohort through dialogue practice, active listening and an introduction to systems awareness. Narrative and identity: Exploring personal narrative, reframing “othering” into belonging and developing the language and assumptions that shape a story. Storytelling craft: Producing a short video, a blog post and a social media carousel, with training in mobile filming, editing and social strategy, delivered by the Club of Rome’s communications team. Peer teaching and public impact: Delivering a peer-led mini-lesson to the cohort, then applying everything learnt to two final stories.
