Bashiri Co . Ltd is hiring solar & Energy Storage Engineer Requirements and skills System Sizing: Proven ability to accurately calculate load profiles and size solar arrays, hybrid/string inverters, and lithium-ion battery banks. Electrical Engineering: Deep understanding of AC/DC electrical theory, circuit protection, switchgear, and string configuration. Battery Management: Practical knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS), depth of discharge (DoD) limits, and thermal management. Site Assessment: Experience conducting physical site surveys, structural integrity evaluations, and shading analysis. · Design complete solar PV systems, including structural layouts and electrical schematics. · Size and configure inverter and lithium-ion battery storage systems based on load profiles. · Perform site assessments, shading analyses, and energy production modeling using PVsyst or Helioscope. · Ensure all designs comply with local electrical codes, building regulations, and safety standards. Strong understanding of inverters (hybrid, string, micro inverters) and battery management systems (BMS).
