Sales Officer

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of deal closing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to Speak in Pashto (Must), Dari & English.

Strong client-focused mindset and ability to work under targets.

Familiarity with the Kabul real estate market.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems.

Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for residential and commercial real estate projects. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other real estate companies. Present properties, pricing, and payment plans effectively to potential buyers. Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing and project teams to support sales campaigns. Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
