Position: Project Manager (PM)

Shahykhil Moqadas Trading, Construction & Road Building is seeking qualified and experienced technical personnel for a construction project in Kabul. The company is inviting applications for the Project Manager Position. 

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in construction and civil engineering projects. At least 5 years of experience in project management. Experience in road construction, urban infrastructure, or similar projects is an advantage. Proven ability to manage technical teams, prepare work plans, and monitor project progress. Good knowledge of technical drawings, contract specifications, and quality control standards. Ability to prepare technical and progress reports and coordinate with the client, consultant, and project team.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills

General Requirements

Verifiable educational qualifications and work experience.

Ability to work at a construction project site in Kabul.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to prepare technical and progress reports.

Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant engineering software.
