عملی ساختن پلان ها و تارگت های معینه غرض میتر خوانی به موقع. 1- حد اقل درجه تحصيل: حداقل سند فوق بکلوریا در بخش‌های (اقتصاد، اداره تجارت، اداره عامه، مالی و حسابی و دیگر رشته های مرتبط به وظیفه) 2- تجارب لازمه ( نوع ومدت زمان تجربه): 3- داشتن تجربه کاری حد اقل یک سال مرتبط به وظیفه. 4- مهارت هاي ديگر: v بلدیت کامل به زبان های دری یا پشتو. وظایف و مسئولیت های اساسی: نظارت از امور میترخوانی در نواحی مختلف شهر. اجتناب از هرگونه فساد و جلوگیری از ان تحت هر نام و مکان. حراست از سرمایه شرکت و حقوق مشترکین. دریافت و تثبیت محلاتی که آب مصرف می شود اما پول پرداخت نمی شود مانند: اماکن مقدسه، نل های عامه، مکاتب و غیره.
