Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. Relevant work experience in the applied position is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Good organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to professionalism, responsibility, and ethical conduct. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the position (if applicable). Fluency in Dari or Pashto; English proficiency is an advantage.
