Finance Officers

We are looking for a QuickBooks Trainer who has basic to advance knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and can help our Finance team use QuickBooks correctly. The selected candidate will work with our Finance team.

Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

Good working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop.

Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise 2024 is preferred.

A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply if they have good knowledge of QuickBooks.

Good MS Excel skills.

Good communication and willingness to learn.

Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who

Has learned advance QuickBooks and can use it practically.

Can explain QuickBooks functions to other employees.

Is willing to learn and improve.

Has a advance understanding of accounting.

Is responsible, organized, and detail oriented.

Note: Previous professional experience is an advantage, but strong QuickBooks knowledge and willingness to learn are more important.

Work with Finance staff on the basic use of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2024.

Help staff enter and record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.

Work on daily invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, customers, and vendors.

Prepare and reconcile bank transactions and bank reconciliation.

Maintain the Chart of Accounts and accounting records.

Prepare and review basic QuickBooks reports.

Identify and correct basic errors in QuickBooks.

Answer staff questions and provide support when they have problems using QuickBooks.

Help maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Learn and follow the company’s accounting procedures.
