Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management, and monitoring processes.
• Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management activities.
• Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
• Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
• Evaluate contracts’ financial terms and obligations.
• Monitor and manage all expenses within the allotted budget.
• Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
• Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
• Participate in performance evaluation of finance staff and conduct counseling sessions to identify skill development needs.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Generate financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, etc.
• Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
• Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
Have sufficient knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting.
Proficiency in Excel software and MS office is a must.
Have required analytical and arithmetic abilities for prognostication and calculations.
Have the required skills to solve financial problems.
Excellent supervisory, leadership, and teamwork skills with co-workers.
Experience in planning, reporting, and budgeting.
Awareness of related laws and regulations in different business areas.
