Eligibility: Nigerian citizens currently residing in Nigeria who have not yet started university. Candidates who scored 250 or above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME / JAMB). Indigent students who demonstrate genuine financial need and cannot independently fund their university education. Candidates applying for or who have received an undergraduate admission offer at a partner university.
