The Brand Shop Representative is responsible for assisting with client services as needed, providing help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services, and keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. High school graduate (bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred). 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fluent in local languages, both written and spoken (Dari or Pashto) & good understanding of English language. Have knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages). Demonstrates a strong work ethic. Possesses excellent communication skills. Uphold integrity and honesty. Handle customer complaints. Assist with client services as needed. Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services. Identify customer problems and promote sales. Liaise with the customer within the given SLA. Process and escalate customer complaints, problems, issues, requests, etc. within the given SLA. Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.
Adheres to company rules and policies.
Handle customer complaints. Assist with client services as needed. Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services. Identify customer problems and promote sales. Liaise with the customer within the given SLA. Process and escalate customer complaints, problems, issues, requests, etc. within the given SLA. Inform and update the customer after successful service and get their feedback, if any. Meet both SIM & recharge targets monthly. Submit daily sales reports to the line manager. Work with the team to create a pleasant working environment. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Ensure to follow the ATRA rules and regulations while selling the SIMs in the open market. Submit the SAF on time to SAF management and update the record of SAF submission. Offer/inform the customer about new promotions and services. Provide overall service, sales, marketing, and customer care. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
