Barclays offers paid Summer and Off‑Cycle Internships across the UK, US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. These programmes provide hands‑on experience in banking, markets, technology, risk, finance, operations, and more.
Interns are supported by mentors, buddies, and people leaders, gaining exposure to real projects that shape financial services.
Summer Internships – ~10 weeks (June–August 2027). Structured introduction to a chosen business area.
Off‑Cycle Internships – 3–6 months. Longer immersion, mainly in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Quantitative Analytics, and Wealth Management.
Summer internships: London, Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin, New York, Whippany, Wilmington, Hong Kong, Singapore.
