Expected Duration: 2 mins
Sample Answer
I am an administrative professional with three years of experience in NGO operations in Herat. I currently manage procurement and reporting for a health project serving 40,000 people. My strengths are documentation, donor compliance and Excel-based reporting systems. I am looking for a role where I can grow into project administration while bringing my compliance experience to a larger team.
Strong Example
“I’m a finance officer with 3 years in donor-funded projects — I introduced a monthly reconciliation system that cut reporting errors by 60% — and now I want to bring that discipline to your logistics team.”
Weak Example
“My name is Ahmad, I am from Kabul, I finished school in 2018 and I am married with two children.”
