Relief International یو نړیوال non-profit organization دی چې له conflict، climate change او disasters اغېزمنو communities سره د ژوند ژغورنې، resilience او long-term health/wellbeing لپاره کار کوي. ۷٬۰۰۰+ staff/volunteers یې په ۱۵ هېوادونو کې Health & Nutrition، WASH، Education او Livelihoods programs پلي کوي. RI له local actors سره safe، inclusive، evidence-based، conflict-sensitive او climate-smart programming کوي.

Warehouse Stock Management

• د ټولو received goods full count او quality check.
• accurate GRN جوړول او discrepancies/losses/quality issues ژر report کول.
• waybills او packing lists جوړول.
• stocks properly stack/label.
• هر ۲ میاشتې physical inventory د Field Logistic/Operations Officer سره.
• GRN، Stock/Bin Card، WH Ledger، Discard، Loss، Theft، Waybill، SRF او نور forms accurate/timely تکمیل.
• shipments repack/label د onward delivery لپاره.
• loading/unloading supervise او arrivals quantity/quality check؛ casual labor oversight.
• warehouse maintenance او issues report.
• warehouse consumables لکه tape، labels، boxes، wrap او spray paint request/track.

Warehouse Security

• adequate security personnel او timesheets/services.
• guard issues report.
• concerning events لپاره Incident Report.
• breakage/theft د photos سره document.
• fire extinguishers او first-aid supplies maintain.

Warehouse Staff

• له Office/HR سره casual labor proper hire/pay او loading/unloading supervision؛ hours/payment د RI standards مطابق.
• additional warehouse/pharmacy staff supervision.

Communications & Reporting

• warehouse ledger inventory او daily updates.
• weekly stock movement reports.
• ټول transport shipments track/report.
• WBs او GRNs document/return.
• onsite filing.
• Gift in Kind items special marking/tracking.
• regular shipment-tracking updates او warehouse څخه partner/beneficiary ته shipment facilitation.
• له RI Operations سره procurement shipment coordination.
• TSFP Assistant سره patient registration او commodities distribution کې support.

• Degree/diploma په Pharmacy، Supply Chain Management، Economics، Business یا related field کې له recognized institution څخه.
• لږ تر لږه ۱ کال storekeeper/warehouse officer experience، preferably humanitarian/development organization.
• د humanitarian principles، emergency programme management او high-risk security management قوي understanding.
• English required.
• flexibility، teamwork او creativity.
• قوي programmatic، organizational planning او technical skills؛ pressure/problem-solving توان.
• staff capacity-building trainings ته چمتووالی.
• په complex/strenuous environment کې work/live/travel readiness.
