Environmental Protection Trainings and Development Organization (EPTDO) په افغانستان کې د climate change adaptation/mitigation، environmental safety او disaster risk reduction (DRR) لپاره یو مخکښ تخصصي ملي NGO دی. Organization expertise په environment، climate change، water management او agricultural development کې لري، چې site mapping، technical design، watershed infrastructure engineering او soil-improvement measures په لوړ معیار تطبیقوي.

نړیوال accreditation/UN alignment

• UNFCCC Accredited Organization له October 2022.
• UNEP Accredited Status او د UN Environment Assembly (UNEA) formal observer status.
• UNCCD Accredited Organization له 2023.
• Active member of FSAC او WASH Cluster.

Leadership/administrative teams په Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction (CCADRR) کې advanced training لري او early warning systems، climate risk mapping او adaptive watershed management models پلي کولای شي.

Community network

د Environmental Volunteer Network (EVN) له لارې EPTDO ۱٬۵۰۰+ registered male/female volunteers په ټول هېواد کې لري. دا network په complex socio-political environments کې local trust او transparent beneficiary selection پیاوړی کوي. له ۶۸۰ څخه ډېر women leaders هم پکې دي او gender-sensitive components، safe women participation او family-level psychosocial/community dialogues support کوي.

Project Manager د اته میاشتني Tree Plantation Project ټول aspects له planning/design څخه تر implementation، monitoring او completion پورې manage کوي. Position bachelor’s degree په Agriculture، Rural Development، Environmental Science، Resource Management، Integrated Water Management (IWM) یا related discipline غواړي.

Project Manager باید لږ تر لږه درې کاله project-management experience په watershed management، livelihoods، infrastructure یا development/agricultural interventions کې په Afghanistan ولري. د project teams leadership، government agencies، local communities، implementing partners او stakeholders coordination، او work plans، budgets، timelines، monitoring، reporting او risks management یې مسؤلیت دی.

Successful candidate باید د افغانستان local socio-political context، خصوصاً income-generation activities، درک کړي او د UNDP یا نورو UN agencies-funded projects تجربه ولري. د leadership، communication او problem-solving له لارې باید activities on time، within budget او د project objectives/organizational procedures مطابق پلي او community engagement/sustainability promote کړي.
