Maastricht University (UM) NL-High Potential Scholarship 2027–2029 د EU/EEA څخه بهر outstanding international students ته fully funded Master’s opportunity ورکوي. هر کال ۲۱ full scholarships تر EUR 34,000 پورې ارزښت لري او tuition، living expenses او insurance پوښي. Candidates باید academic excellence، leadership potential او قوي impact motivation ولري.

Scholarship د Maastricht University Scholarship Fund او Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science ګډ initiative دی، د national NL Scholarship programme برخه. هدف یې global talent Maastricht University ته جذبول او professional/personal development support کول دي.

Applicants باید له EU/EEA څخه بهر وي، د eligible Master’s admission requirements پوره کړي او outstanding academic record ولري، لږ تر لږه GPA 7.5/10 یا equivalent. Selected students full financial coverage، pre-academic training او د UM global community ambassador opportunity ترلاسه کوي.

Handling Fee

که diploma مو د non-EU/EEA curriculum څخه وي، د UM bachelor’s، master’s او pre-master’s applications لپاره EUR 100 handling fee، د bank costs پرته، لازم دی. Application بدون payment process نه کېږي.

• مخکې مو UM handling fee ورکړی یا په UM کې مو هر program/exchange کړی وي.
• education مو UK یا Switzerland کې بشپړ کړی وي.
• VWO diploma د Aruba، Bonaire، Curaçao، Sint Maarten یا Suriname څخه.
• IB یا European Baccalaureate diploma.
• د UM double-degree partner university لخوا pre-assessed.
• په Netherlands کې refugee status یا valid refugee residence permit type III/IV.
• UAF financial support.
• Ukrainian Temporary Protection Directive status.

Eligibility

• nationality خارج EU/EEA، Switzerland یا Suriname.
• Netherlands visa/residence requirements.
• eligible full-time Master’s ته admission application تر 8 December 2026.
• د 1 September 2027 پر مهال تر ۳۵ کلونو کم عمر.
• excellent academics: GPA 7.5/10 یا equivalent 75% / CGPA 3.0.
• مخکې degree study په Netherlands کې نه وي؛ exchange students eligible دي.
• preferably previous Master’s degree ونه لري.
• د scholarship پر مهال/وروسته UM ambassador اوسېدل.
• په هر academic year کې یوازې یوه complete application.
