اصلي دندې

Receiving & Inspection

• raw materials د Purchase Orders مطابق ترلاسه کول او GRN د quantity/condition لپاره verify/prepare کول.
• له QA/QC سره sampling، testing او CoA/CoC verification مخکې له stock acceptance.
• batch/lot numbers، manufacturing/expiry dates او SDS/MSDS د hazardous/regulated materials لپاره verify کول.
• non-conforming materials quarantine/tag او د supplier لپاره NCR جوړول.

Storage & Warehousing

• storage locations د material type، required conditions او hazard classification مطابق ټاکل.
• FIFO/FEFO enforce او raw، quarantined او hazardous stock جلا ساتل.
• temperature/humidity monitor او log کول.

Inventory & Stock Control

• accurate perpetual inventory په ERP/WMS/bin cards کې ساتل.
• min/max/reorder levels monitor او Procurement ته shortage مخکې خبر ورکول.
• cycle counts/physical stock takes او system variance reconciliation.
• obsolete، slow-moving، expired او near-expiry stock راپورول.

Issuance & Reconciliation

• raw materials Production ته د approved Material Requisitions او BOM مطابق ورکول.
• batch/lot او quantities د traceability لپاره verify کول.
• MRN process او actual consumption له standard usage سره reconcile کول.

Documentation, Traceability & Compliance

• د batch/lot traceability له receipt څخه production issue پورې.
• Bin Cards، Stock Ledgers او Material Master records updated ساتل.
• GMP، HACCP، ISO 9001/22000 او safety standards رعایت او audits support.

Fuel Delivery & Distribution

• diesel/petrol deliveries main tank ته د supplier notes مطابق receive/verify.
• authorized requests مطابق vehicles، generators او equipment ته fuel dispensing.
• odometer/hour-meter او quantity په هر issue کې ثبت.
• tank stock levels monitor او reorder alert.
• spill prevention، fire safety او fuel handling procedures رعایت.

Fuel & Logistics Records

• daily Diesel/Petrol Main Tank Reconciliation Logs ساتل.
• Dispensing Registers د هر individual fuel issue لپاره.
• computed daily consumption له register totals سره reconcile او variances راپورول.
• weekly/monthly fuel summaries.
• delivery notes، waybills او requisition records safe filing.

General Logistics Support

• incoming goods receive/check/store کې مرسته.
• stock counts، inventory audits او discrepancies resolution support.
• له drivers، storekeepers او requesting departments سره delivery/dispatch coordination.
• نور assigned related duties.

کاري شرایط

• بست د KCF Head Office کې دی او د HR Policy standard working hours/leave تعقیبوي.
• د urgent deliveries، month-end stock counts یا audit support لپاره کله ناکله د standard hours څخه بهر flexibility اړتیا لري.

زده‌کړه او تجربه

• Diploma یا bachelor’s په Logistics، Supply Chain Management، Transport Management یا related field کې.
• ۱–۳ کاله logistics، transport یا distribution support experience.
• valid driving license preferred؛ fleet management familiarity advantage.
• logistics tracking tools/software او MS Excel working knowledge.

Skills

• قوي coordination او multitasking د multiple shipments لپاره.
• ښه written communication د accurate documentation لپاره.
• problem-solving د transport delays/discrepancies لپاره.
• له drivers، transporters او cross-functional teams سره اغېزمن کار.
• basic customs/cross-border documentation knowledge چیرې relevant وي.
