Prize په France یا abroad کې human-rights projects support کوي او CNCDH یې administer کوي.

Theme

Project باید asylum rights او refugees/asylum seekers/IDPs fundamental rights protect کړي.

Background

Call د 1951 Geneva Convention، 1967 Protocol او Article 14 UDHR یادونه کوي. د UNHCR figure له مخې، end-June 2025 کې 117.3 million forcibly displaced people وو.

recognized refugees، asylum seekers، internally displaced people.

Priority projects

  • comprehensive support
  • transformative/restorative measures
  • active participation of affected people

Awareness/Advocacy

public awareness، government advocacy، better policies/practices.

Legal/Admin Assistance

residence rights، fair procedures، justice، civil/political/economic/social/cultural rights.

Stakeholder Training

Integration/Resettlement

host-society integration rights، resettlement، restoration of IDP rights.

Special Mentions

Next ۵ candidates receive medal، no money. Winners/special mentions may benefit from French diplomatic protection.

Paris، around 10 December 2026.

  • Signed application letter:

NGO president/legal representative یا individual applicant.

  • Official form from CNCDH.
  • Postal/banking details including RIB/IBAN.

Language

French preferred. English/Spanish may be considered at jury discretion.
