EU education/training institution for CSDP within CFSP framework; network of civilian/military institutes، universities، academies and organizations.

Intern responsibilities

• Support courses/seminars/conferences.
• Prepare course materials، briefs، reports.
• Meeting/admin support: notes، preparation، coordination، follow-up.
• Support eLearning module revision.
• Maintain annual training/course catalogue.
• Support Annual Report drafting.
• Lessons Identified/Learnt and knowledge management.
• Proofreading، social-media and communications support.

Eligibility

• EU Member State national.
• currently enrolled in relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s/equivalent.
• remain enrolled throughout internship.
• sickness/accident insurance.
• strong English or French; other languages asset.

Selection

Allowance

EUR 1,500/month. If external Erasmus+ grant exists، ESDC may pay difference up to monthly amount.

Mentorship

mentor supervision، integrity، impartiality، courtesy، activity records and final report.

Hours/Leave

same hours/public holidays as staff; 2 working days leave/month.
