General eligibility

• citizen of eligible Commonwealth country، refugee status from eligible Commonwealth country، or British Protected Person.
• permanently resident in eligible Commonwealth country.
• usually 2:1-equivalent first degree، or lower second + relevant postgraduate qualification.
• unable to afford UK study without scholarship.
• available to start Sep/Oct 2027.

Agency may have

own form، earlier deadline، extra criteria، documents، interviews and national priorities.

CSC Central

University admission is separate
