• 4+ years post-baccalaureate scientific/engineering/technology-development experience.
• first-time commercial development of hardware-based tech.
• full-time commitment.
• legally authorized to work in US throughout fellowship.
• proficient English.

Project

• physical sciences، biological sciences، or related engineering.
• still in development.
• not full-scale sales.
• no more than USD 2M non-government debt/equity raised by deadline.

Selection

• hard-tech leadership.
• deep technical expertise.
• ability to reduce technical risks and explain technology.
• proof of concept/prototype often helpful.
• transformative impact.
• leadership readiness.
• fellowship must materially accelerate project/person.

PhD/postdoc common among successful applicants but not mandatory; industry R&D experience can qualify.
