شما افزون بر شایستگی‌های اساسی لازم برای کارهای سنتی بشردوستانه و توسعه‌ای، از آگاهی و تعهد فعال نسبت به اقلیم و محیط زیست برخوردار هستید و می‌توانید با چالش‌هایی روبه‌رو شوید که هنگام هم‌زمانی رنج انسانی و آسیب‌های محیط‌زیستی پدید می‌آیند. شما ذهنیت کارآفرینانه دارید: فرصت‌ها را تشخیص می‌دهید، میان موضوعات ارتباط برقرار می‌کنید، روش کار خود را با محیط‌های گوناگون سازگار می‌سازید و برای دستیابی به نتیجه، خطرهای سنجیده می‌پذیرید. شما میان اصول و عمل‌گرایی، و میان بلندپروازی و فروتنی توازن برقرار می‌کنید.

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های مورد انتظار

• حداقل 5 سال تجربه در تطبیق پروژه‌ها در ساحه، ترجیحاً در محیط بین‌المللی.
• برخورداری از روحیۀ قوی کار گروهی.
• آشنایی با نظام کمک‌رسانی و توانایی درک الزامات تمویل‌کنندگان و دولت.
• مهارت‌های عالی ارتباطی و تهیه و نگارش اسناد.
• توانایی هماهنگی و مدیریت کارمندان و فعالیت‌های پروژه.
• توانایی اثبات‌شده برای کار خلاقانه و مستقلانه، هم در ساحه و هم در دفتر.
• توانایی سازمان‌دهی و برنامه‌ریزی مؤثر.
• توانایی همکاری با گروه‌هایی با پیشینه‌های فرهنگی گوناگون.
• توانایی سفر و کار در شرایط دشوار و زیر فشار.
• آشنایی با زبان محلی و/یا تجربۀ کاری در منطقه یک امتیاز است.

You will be in charge of

In close cooperation with consortium partners, the Consortium Manager ensures that the consortium’s project implementation according to the approved proposal and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the donor. The Consortium Manager facilitates close and effective coordination and collaboration between consortium partners, ensures high quality documentation of the project activities and ensures that project results are achieved.

This position is classified as an international staff position under Acted’s recruitment framework. Eligibility for an international contract is therefore required.

Conditions

Salary between 3200 and 3400€ monthly (before income tax), depending on the level of education, security level, etc as well as a monthly living allowance of $300

Accommodation and food provided in Acted guesthouse

Pension, health insurance, life insurance and repatriation assistance (& unemployment insurance for EU citizens)

Flight tickets every 6 months & visa fees covered

Contribution to the luggage transportation: up to 100 kgs, depending on the length of the contract

R&R every 3 months, flight tickets covered up to $500 and allowance of $200

Annual leave of 25 to 43 days per year

One week pre-departure training in Acted HQ, including a 4-days in situ security training

Tax advice (free 30-minute call with a tax consultant)

Psychological assistance
