شما شایستگی‌های اساسی لازم برای فعالیت‌های معمول بشردوستانه و انکشافی را دارید و در عین حال نسبت به اقلیم و محیط زیست آگاهی و مسئولیت‌پذیری فعال نشان می‌دهید و می‌توانید چالش‌هایی را مدیریت کنید که در نقطهٔ تلاقی رنج انسان‌ها و آسیب‌های محیط‌زیستی پدید می‌آیند. شما ذهنیت کارآفرینانه دارید: فرصت‌ها را تشخیص می‌دهید، ارتباط میان موضوعات را درمی‌یابید، روش کار خود را با محیط‌های مختلف سازگار می‌سازید و برای دستیابی به نتیجه، خطرهای سنجیده می‌پذیرید. شما میان اصول و عمل‌گرایی و نیز میان بلندپروازی و فروتنی تعادل برقرار می‌کنید.

مهارت‌ها و شرایط مورد انتظار: تحصیلات در سطح ماستری در رشتهٔ مرتبط، مانند روابط بین‌الملل، انکشاف یا علوم سیاسی؛ 1-2 سال سابقهٔ کار در یک بست مرتبط؛ سابقهٔ کاری مرتبط همراه با آگاهی از طراحی پروژه، نوشتن پیشنهاد پروژه و مدیریت کمک‌های مالی؛ شناخت نظام کمک‌های بشردوستانه و توانایی درک سیستم‌های تمویل‌کنندگان؛ مهارت‌های قوی ارتباط شفاهی و کتبی و مهارت‌های تحلیلی؛ مهارت‌های قوی هماهنگی و روابط بین‌فردی؛ توانایی کار در محیط چندفرهنگی و پرشتاب؛ توانایی کار مؤثر زیر فشار؛ روحیهٔ خوب کار گروهی و توانایی همکاری با افراد دارای پیشینه‌های گوناگون.

You will be in charge of

The Project Development Officer (PDO) contributes to the development of project proposals in line with Acted’s global and in-country programme strategy, and ensures proper grant management, incl. timely reporting of project achievements to donors. The PDO facilitates internal communication and coordination with relevant departments, and contributes to Acted external communication strategy.

This position is classified as an international staff position under Acted’s recruitment framework. Eligibility for an international contract is therefore required.

Conditions

Salary between 1800 and 2000€ monthly (before income tax), depending on the level of education, security level, etc as well as a monthly living allowance of $300

Accommodation and food provided in Acted guesthouse

Pension, health insurance, life insurance and repatriation assistance (& unemployment insurance for EU citizens)

Flight tickets every 6 months & visa fees covered

Contribution to the luggage transportation: up to 100 kgs, depending on the length of the contract

R&R every 3 months, flight tickets covered up to $500 and allowance of $200

Annual leave of 25 to 43 days per year

One week pre-departure training in Acted HQ, including a 4-days in situ security training

Tax advice (free 30-minute call with a tax consultant)
