شرایط و نیازمندی‌ها

Strong SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Redis experience.

Experience building high-throughput, telecom-grade applications.

Knowledge of microservices, Docker, CI/CD, and secure API design.

Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, SMPP, or CDR/billing systems.

Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs.

Strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead the team through transitions and challenges effectively.

Understand the tools, equipment, and procedures specific to the job role.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
