Yousra Road Building and Construction Company (YRBCC), founded in 2008, is a well-established Afghan construction company specializing in roads, buildings, bridges, canals, culverts, water systems, and other infrastructure projects. YRBCC has implemented projects with national and international organizations and is committed to quality, professionalism, and timely project delivery. Yousra Road Building and Construction Company (YRBCC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control Engineer for its projects in Herat, Kandahar, and Mazar-e-Sharif . The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that construction materials, workmanship, and project activities comply with approved specifications, drawings, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans. Inspect construction materials and workmanship at project sites. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, approved drawings, and standards. Monitor testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, aggregates, and other materials. Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports. Coordinate with project engineers, survey teams, site staff, and management. Follow up corrective actions and ensure quality improvement measures are implemented. Yousra Road Building and Construction Company (YRBCC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control Engineer for its projects in Herat, Kandahar, and Mazar-e-Sharif. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that construction materials, workmanship, and project activities comply with approved specifications, drawings, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The position requires strong technical knowledge, reporting skills, and practical field experience in road, building, and infrastructure projects.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Inspect construction materials and workmanship at project sites.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, approved drawings, and standards.
Monitor testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, aggregates, and other materials.
Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate with project engineers, survey teams, site staff, and management.
Follow up corrective actions and ensure quality improvement measures are implemented.
Must be willing to work in Herat, Kandahar, or Mazar-e-Sharif.
