شرایط و نیازمندی‌ها: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; Master’s Degree is preferred. Minimum (7) years of relevant procurement management experience, preferably in construction, power, engineering, infrastructure, or international organizations. Proven experience in tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, vendor and contract management, and cost analysis. Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, compliance, and value-for-money principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; good working knowledge of English and fluency in Dari and/or Pashto.
