Job Summary

Job Overview:

The midwife is responsible for delivering reproductive health services and is expected to collaborate closely with the clinic doctor in providing health education, distributing medications to patients, and categorizing patient cases 

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill out the register book and record essential information about reproductive health clients
• Complete antenatal checkups, general physical examinations, and verify vaccination cards for TT immunization
• Conduct daily health education sessions
• Provide information to women about birth planning
• Perform deliveries and other services in accordance with the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS)
• Recommend preventive treatments to women based on national guidelines and protocols
• Assist the doctor in categorizing and examining patients, especially in the absence of a female doctor
• Identify women with danger signs and refer them to the doctor when necessary
• Educate women about antenatal, postnatal, and family planning visits, and explain their importance
• Actively participate in infection prevention, HMIS, and quality improvement committees
• Ensure proper maintenance of reproductive health and delivery room equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with other clinic staff to improve service delivery
• Prepare monthly reports on birth spacing, antenatal/postnatal care, and daily use of tally sheets and HMIS forms
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the maternal and child health department
• Treat clients, patients, and health staff with respect and professionalism
• Sterilize instruments and equipment used in maternal and child health services
• Perform other duties assigned by the health facility manager or relevant supervisor
• Participate in monthly CHW meetings
• Have sufficient knowledge of the BPHS and apply it in practice

قابله مسؤل عرضه خدمات صحت باروری بوده و همچنان مسؤليت دارد که با داکتر کلينيک در قسمت دادن تعليمات صحي، توزيع ادويه براي مريضان و کتکوري نمودن مريضان همکاري نمايد  

وظايف عمده

خانه پري کتاب راجستر و ثبت نمودن معلومات اساسي در رابطه به مراجعين خدمات صحت باروري

تکميل نمودن معاينات قبل از ولادت، معاينات فزیکی عمومي و چک نمودن کارت واکسين به خاطر اخذ واکسین تي تي

ارایه جلسات تعلیمات صحی بصورت روزانه

دادن معلومات راجع به پلان ولادت به خانم ها

اجرای ولادت ها و ديگر خدمات مطابق مجموعة خدمات صحی اساسی

توصيه نمودن تداوي وقايوي به خانم ها مطابق رهنمود ها و پروتوکولها

همکاري با داکتر در قسمت کتگوري نمودن مريضان و معاينه نمودن آنها در صورت نبودن داکتر زنانه

مشخص نمودن خانم ها با علائم خطر و رجعت دادن به داکتر در صورت ضرورت

دادن معلومات راجع به ملاقات های قبل از ولادت، بعد از ولادت و تنظیم خانواده و تشریح نمودن اهمیت آن به خانم ها

 و بهبود کیفیت HMIS ،اشتراک فعال در کمیته های وقایه از انتان

نگهداري درست از مواد و تجهيزات اتاق صحت باروري و اتاق ولادت

همکاري با ديگر اعضاي کلينيک جهت عرضه خدمات بهتر

آماده نمودن راپور ماهانه راجع به فواصل بين ولادت ها ،موا ظبت هاي (قبل ازولادت  وبعد از ولادت) و استفاده روزانه تالي شيت و فورمه هاي سيستم اداره صحي

مراعات نمودن نظافت و پاکی شعبه صحت طفل و مادر

برخورد نیک مراعات نمودن آداب معاشرت با مراجعین, مریضان و کارمندان صحی

تعقیم سامان آلات و وسایل شعبه صحت طفل و مادر

اجرای وظائف ديگري که از طرف آمر مرکز صحي و يا سوپروايزر مربوطه داده ميشود

CHW اشتراک در جلسات ماهانه

در مورد مجموعهء خدمات صحي اساسي براي افغانستان معلومات کافي داشته و آنرا در عمل تطبيق نمايد

Bachelor of Midwifery with at least one year of experience.

Language: Fluency in local languages.

General: Local residents of Farah Province will be preferred.

لیسانس قابل‌گی با حداقل یک سال تجربه کاری

و یا دیپلوم قابل‌گی با دو سال تجربه کاری

زبان

تسلط کامل به زبان‌های محلی (دری و پشتو)

باشندگان محلی ولایت فراه در اولویت قرار دارد
