• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in education consultancy or university partnerships.
• Excellent English communication and professional writing skills.
• Fluency in Dari/Persian and good Pashto communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-management abilities.
• Familiarity with international university admission systems is an advantage.

Establish and maintain partnerships with international universities and educational institutions.

• Communicate and negotiate with university representatives to develop cooperation agreements.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and expand UCAC International’s global network.
• Coordinate online meetings, webinars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Follow up on student recruitment opportunities and existing university partnerships.
• Prepare professional emails, proposals, reports, and partnership documents.
