فلوشیپ دفاع و امنیت اروپا Chevening در بریتانیا (کاملاً تمویل‌شده)

Chevening Europe Defence and Security Fellowship در بریتانیا از متخصصان میان‌مسیر حرفه‌ای سراسر اروپا دعوت می‌کند. این برنامه توسط UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) تمویل شده و در Defence Academy of the United Kingdom در Shrivenham برگزار می‌شود. هدف برنامه آماده‌سازی رهبرانی است که بتوانند در حوزه‌های در حال تحول دفاع و امنیت مؤثر کار کنند. فلوها تجربه عملی درباره چالش‌های حکومت‌ها، سازمان‌های بین‌المللی و نهادهای عامه به‌دست می‌آورند.

در جریان فلوشیپ شش‌هفته‌ای، اشتراک‌کنندگان در گفتگوها، تمرین‌های عملی، پژوهش فردی و فرصت‌های یادگیری مشترک شرکت می‌کنند. آنان بینش عملی درباره leadership، governance، strategic decision-making، artificial intelligence و international collaboration توسعه می‌دهند و شبکه‌های حرفه‌ای درازمدت در اروپا و بریتانیا ایجاد می‌کنند. برنامه تمام fees، airfare، living expenses و ترتیبات اقامت را پوشش می‌دهد.

ساختار برنامه شامل lectures، workshops، simulations، practitioner speakers، research activity و بازدید از نهادهای بریتانیا است. فلوها حمایت اکادمیک برای انجام پروژه پژوهشی درباره یک چالش policy، leadership، organizational یا security دریافت می‌کنند و در پایان یافته‌های خود را به FCDO در London ارائه می‌کنند.

Criteria for Chevening Europe Defence and Security Fellowship in UK

Applicants must meet the standard eligibility criteria mentioned at https://www.chevening.org/fellowships/who-can-apply/fellowships-eligibility/ They must be citizens of and residents in one of these countries including Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland. Individuals living in a European overseas territory can apply through the relevant Chevening award scheme for their European country. Candidates should have a postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional training. They should have minimum five years’ relevant professional experience. Applicants should be mid-career professionals working within government, defence, security, law enforcement, intelligence, civil protection, resilience, or an international organisation in security domains. Candidates should be currently working in an influential role within their country. They should be willing to apply the knowledge and networks gained within their organisation or country after completing this fellowship.
